Our promises and measures

Despite the measures we’ve had to take, our connection heroes are still working on the network that keeps the Netherlands, Germany and Denmark connected.

Our promises in this respect are as follows:

  • In everything we do, the health of our employees and others is our highest priority.
  • We are continuing to work with energy and dedication on the telecom infrastructure in the Netherlands, Germany and Denmark.
  • We are doing everything we can to provide the services that our customers have come to expect from us.
  • In the event of service disruptions too, we’ll continue to be there for our customers.
  • We are closely following the government measures and monitoring market developments. As soon as we become aware of consequences or opportunities for our customers, partners or suppliers, we will contact them directly.
  • Every step we take is made in close consultation with our clients, customers and suppliers.
  • We’re already looking ahead to a potentially changed world after the coronavirus, so that we can respond quickly on behalf of our customers then too.

The measures we’re taking in this respect are as follows:

  • Both in the field, on our premises and at home, we’re adhering to the guidelines of our customers, the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM) and the rules in the Government’s protocol for working safely together.
  • Our team is always up to date on the newest developments concerning the coronavirus outbreak.
  • Wherever possible, we work from home.
  • We maintain telephone and digital contact with clients and suppliers, and connect with them wherever necessary.
  • We do not receive external visits.
  • Materials and equipment are issued without contact.

The coronavirus affects us all – our customers, our suppliers and ourselves. Let us therefore consciously seek connection with each other during this challenging time.
